• Pricing depends on size, colors, and complexity

• 50% non-refundable deposit due prior to production

• Remaining balance due prior to shipment

• Payment can be sent through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp

• Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for completion of the order (timing depends on prior orders & design complexity)

POLICIES

• All decor pieces will be safely packaged and delivered. Once sent out for delivery, Decor Ones, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged item(s). Contact the post office with issues regarding your package.

• Custom designs can NOT be reproduced, repurposed, or duplicated outside of Decor Ones, LLC.

• No refunds or changes to the rug once production has started
